Orange French Toast

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp orange rind grated (would it be a zest?)
4 eggs
2/3 cup orange juice
8 slices of bread

Directions
Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and rind. sprinkle mixture over butter. Beat eggs with orange juice. Dip bread slices in egg/oj mixture and arrange in pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 400°
