Sour Cream Noodle Bake

Ingredients
1 8oz pkg. noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 T butter
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup creamed cottage cheese.
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions
Cook noodles in water, rinse, and drain. Brown meat in butter, add salt & pepper, garlic sauce, and tomato sauce. Simmer 5 min. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, chopped onions and noodles. Alternate layers of noodle mix and meat in a 2qt. casserole dish beginning with noodles and ending with meat. Top with shredded cheese. Bake 20-25 min until cheese is melted and browned at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
