Mom’s Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
2 cups macaroni
1/6 cup melted butter
2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups finely cubed cheddar cheese (1-1/2 lb)(you can sub other cheeses if you like)
3 cups milk

Directions
Cook macaroni for 5-6 minutes. In greased casserole layer the macaroni, salt, pepper, and cheese. Carefully pour milk into casserole dish at one corner. Bake at 350 degrees for approx one hour
