Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1 egg
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 yellow cake mix
12 oz butterscotch chips

Directions
heat oven to 350°. grease cookie sheets. cream butter and cream cheese. blend in egg and vanilla. mix in cake mix by hand. mix in butterscotch chips. drop on to cookie sheet. bake for 15-18 minutes. lace each cookie with a few drops of butterscotch schnapps.
