Ingredients
Biscuits:
2 cups Bisquick
1/4 cup softened butter
2 T sugar
2/3 cup milk or cream
1/4 cup preserves
Glaze:
2/3 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp warm water
1/4 tsp vanilla
Directions
heat oven to 450. Lightly grease cookie sheet
Stir Bisquick, butter, and sugar together until crumbly.
Stir in milk until dough forms. Drop dough by rounded
tablespoons onto cookie sheet. Make wells in center of each
with the back of a spoon dipped in water. Fill each with 1
tsp of preserves.
Bake 10-15 minues or until golden brown. Drizzle with
glaze while still warm.
