Ginger Sauce for potstickers and dumplings

Ingredients
2 T soy sauce
1-1/2 T rice wine vinegar
1 T toasted sesame oil
1 T minced green onion (both white and light green sections)
1 tsp sesame seeds (toasted)
2 tsp crystalized ginger puree

Directions
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, onion, sesame seeds, adn ginger. heat until bubbles appear around edges (2 minutes or so). let stand for 20-30 minutes. should be enough for about 12 potstickers
