Pumpkin Butter

Ingredients
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 lb unsalted butter

Directions
Heat pumpkin over medium heat until dry (about 2 minutes). Let cool. Use paddle attachment to fold in ingredients (butter should be room temp). Can be folded in to molds (get creative). Can be stored for up to 2 weeks.
